We are excited to announce that we have received official confirmation that Veolia and FedEx have partnered together to move the Pak Universal Waste Mailback Program forward without any changes to current operations.

What This Means for You:

  • All universal waste shipping services continue as normal
  • No disruption to your mailback program
  • All previous shipping procedures remain in effect

Previous Notice Update: Our September 26, 2025 notice regarding potential changes and the 60-day implementation timeline is now superseded by this official confirmation. The universal waste mailback program will continue seamlessly. If you had previously received notice to return containers by October 31st, this information is also no longer accurate.
